Hello!
ぜひ最高のフィリピン料理を味わってみませんか。
I choose this topic so you can be hungry while reading. 🙂
Honestly, it is based on my own likings and tastebuds. 🙂
Here’s top 8 Philippine Food Cuisine. Are you ready?
- Adobo – A classic dish of marinated and simmered pork or chicken in a tangy, garlicky sauce. It’s often paired with steamed rice and is considered a national treasure.
- Kare- Kare – A stew with oxtail, vegetables, and a thick peanut sauce. It originated before the Spanish arrived in the Philippines.
- Sinigang – A sour and savory stew made with onions, tomatoes, eggplant, spinach, ginger, and fish sauce. It’s often associated with tamarind.
The next one is my personal favorite.
- Pininyahang Manok – This Recipe calls for chicken slices to be marinated in pineapple juice then stewed with pineapple chunks. Aside from pineapples, secondary ingredients such as carrots, bell pepper, and milk make-up the dish.
- Lumpia – A deep-fried spring roll-like snack that’s usually filled with minced meat and vegetables. It’s like はるまき.
- Pork Sisig – The originally sisig is composed of chopped pigs face with snout and ears. Chicken liver, pig brain, and onion along with calamansiare also part of the mix.
The next one is also my favorite. - Dinuguan – Filipino savory stew usually of pork offal and/or meat simmered in a rich, spicy dark gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili, and vinegar.
- Bicol Express – a spicy Filipino stew of sliced pork belly cooked in coconut cream, shrimp paste, and tons of chilies.
Looks good right? Want a bite? Enjoy!
Thank you! 🙂
